I am not sure if I would come back in at any price presently Scully. This is not because I have a negative opinion on this stock, and I hope it does come up trumps for all holders, but I gave it my allotted time, then Mr Big left, and there is no news, so I sold out losing a few hundred pounds. Instead I am focusing on ethical stocks, so sticking with BP, BATS, Bankers and IMI
any day now scully?? tick tock
I'll stick to my fags presently scully, you've been peddling this old twaddle for months now! And all it does is go back down!
I had a couple of k in BAT today scully, seeking my fortunes in non-ethical investments! It should compliment my BP's.
that 55k would have bought Mrs. Scully a lovely french grey Smallbone kitchen!
Maybe silly scully, but since selling; I'm up more with Metro than I would have been in here holding on. I guess the only problem not being in here is there is no chance of multibagging. I am unsure how to learn.....it's all chance and guesswork in AIM. I have held my nerve before and it's been disastrous. If any of us knew the answer then we'd all be on a faraway desert island drinking our cocktails from coconut shells?
old windup pi55taker Julian has done ok today scully. Yes I sold out ABAL on Friday, but stuck my sick 770'ish in to Metro, and I'm up 8% or so. Oh and even better news, I have had a multi-multi bagger today sculls......the Local Planning Authority granted me outline planning permission for a building plot in my fair-sized garden down here in South West - probably my best investment ever... a free building plot. :-)
Scully, your 27.5k loss here would have resulted in a lovely new kitchen for 'er in doors! Didn't you say Chooo Chooo earlier? It's going to be Chooo Chooo for you if she ever finds out x lol lol
but your 55k is worth 20k scully! - Wouldn't like to be you when your missus finds out after you hiding it all these months sneak sneaky lol
Well, I sold out my 97,368 shares, and lost £303.08!! Must Add it to my Treasure Trove of AIM gambling losses. I did think on reading the RNS this morning that opening was going to be worse than it was. Think i'll stick FTSE (But then I always say that, maybe stock market is an addiction!)
bought a couple of hundred more BP shares this morning scully, they never cease to amaze me, all brokers are thumbs up, great dividend, and room to grow on today's price. The safe firms offset my wild gambling on shares like this!
Scully, are you rifling down the sofa looking for spare change to stick in to this?! lol lol
God knows, it's got a silly valuation in the first-instance. I stuck a bit in on the last drop, thinking it would recover, and then it dropped.....and today it's dropped again!!! I suspect it might come back to 14 or so, in the not too distant.
Ha! Tool! This weeks been crazy for me, I'm up about 3% overall with bank shares and TPK, but METRO has caught me with my pants down.
well guys, today has been a good day for myself and my holdings generally, so now it's time to sit back on my Brighthouse Sofa and relax, and enjoy my Fry Bentos Pie.
That would be great to have an update and even better if it results in the Sp increasing back to a penny.....so I can have achieved sod all!!!!
my Universal Credit didn't arrive in time Scully xxxx
….but of course, I am more than happy to be proved wrong if my prediction is completely wrong
I''ll have you know Julian is sat here with his 97,368 shares......still showing a loss of £220.00 (225.00 with a fiver trade fee). I know you've been taking your blue smarties this morning Scully as you are in hyper mode, but no doubt I'll log myself in tomorrow and see -10% and back to square one!!!!!
