Or could it be that in order to get the extention orca had to show a " done deal" AND valid reason for the need ?? Ergo both orca and nsta have been reassured and some legality,logistics or tecnicality is the hold up and once that has been rectified, the nsta will grant the extention and the deal will proceed ???
