the high court ruled on ownership of the parcel, ownership could only be contested if mining them in the first place was in breach somehow, ergo by accepting vast ownership of the parcel the mining authorities have accepted the validity of the various permits ect at the time of them being mined and defacto that Vast was mining legally and as such resuming mining is a given.
The proviso being any negotiation re extending licence to cover the down time and/or waiving of right to recourse re compensation re down time in return for extending licence ( possibly )
Maybe im way off the mark but not challenging the high courts ruling not only clarifies ownership of the parcel but also reaffrims the legality of the licence! So when not if in other words ???
