Looks very much like a whole sale....However could the rossego jv be held onto as cost wise and reward wise seems like a no brainer. If you are keeping a shell company for future profit related payments from the buyer why not have a small ish mining operation while your at it and finances certainly wouldn't be an issue at all. Sell everything except that deal and bring it to market with a little of Dimitri's billion payout :)

Ok Ian spelled it out yesterday.. The " dividend" could just as easily be termed sale price! Aubrey ...I think you will find that i suggested a part sale and JV totaling approximately that possibly more and in my personal "perfect scenario" that would provide a dividend between say 75p and £1 and follow up divi guaranteed of 25P for the next 2 years to support the sp whilst production was ramped up to sustain the sp
The " buyout element" would need to be around 2/3 bil and the jv buy in make up the balance so aprox 3/4 bil combination of partial sale and jv buy in.
So yes i think that is achievable with a plus or minus 15/20% yes. They are unlikely to copy my two year guaranteed divi idea but a 90p divi and a large cash pile to ramp up production is not beyond the realms of possibilty.

Then when you consider we have already experienced 45p a share albeit not for long you begin to muse on what is substantial compared to where we have already been?
Personally anything less than 2x all time highs does not qualify as substantial so im nailing my colours to the mast and saying 90p is the minimum qualifying number in the event that Eurasia continues in some form as a small producer and explorer in the area.
