Step back and it becomes clear ...7 Apr 2021 10:18
There is a nda and an fsp in place, because the second there are no bids with a good chance of success both those legal entities become null and void. At that point the legal obligation to inform the market of ANY market sensitive information becomes paramount and compulsory. In addition once there are no offers in play the nda no longer binds those involved in the early stages AND they are free to clear up speculation and rumour which in some cases will be beneficial for their own sp.
So there is/are bids in play, they do ( in the nomads opinion and ubs and piper ) have a good chance of success and to say otherwise flies in the face of the facts re the nda and the fsp and the legal obligation to keep the markets ( us ) informed.
I want this done asap but im certain of one thing, there is progress and it shouldn't be long gla
