Just had a thought while walking dogs ! If it were me ! I would sell wk for say 2 bil $ ! I would accept a Jv moving forward of say $1 bil for a fair %( whatever combination gets us €3 bil ) and do the following. Allocate 500 mil for a rapid ramping up of production and proving up asset program and expenses ! The rest would be set aside for dividends for the next three years set in stone ! GUARANTEED MINIMUM ( revised upwards if production/ profits allow . Let’s say initial divi of 50p then year two and three minimum of 25p guaranteed ! Based on the price of dividend stocks that are actively bought by pensions et al that should support the sp @ £1 to £2 until production reaches a significant level and the sp becomes self supporting. Preventing hostile takeovers and ensuring finances for three years !!!

NN wanted to buy Eur and was lowballing and using its infrastructure as a weapon, ie “well if you sell elsewhere or go it alone there is no guarantees you will have access to our processing “ ! Russian state not very happy with that because NN environmental record is shocking and this is about to become Russia’s jewel in its mining crown . Russian state does a Jv deal with Eur via rossego and its is now “ implied” if not threatened that such a threat against a state involved company would be frowned upon!(understatement ) ;)
Now if NN try to derail any future deal it will be problematic to say the least.
The agm sets a line in the sand re buy out and paves the way for a Japan/Asia part buy out or large JV without the ability of NN to play hard ball with its processing capabilities!!!
My take now is either part sale and Eur stays mining OR Large go it alone JV resulting in dividend and free ride to production and access to NN PROCESSING assured because it is tacitly implied that the state might be unhappy about shenanigans it that regard.

Ive said multiple times i think it will be a part share part cash offer from NN 2 bil cash 5 bil in shares ! so simple for NN to create 250 mil new shares which would only drop their sp by aprox 15 % which would be bought into heavily and within 6 months the sp be back to normal. The 2 bil is pocket change and for that they get 40 year life pgm asset of monumental proportions .
Its so so simple and cost effective for them and with the recent jv just got even better at no extra cost !! NN will regret it forever if they cant see this ( im pretty sure they can btw.

That’s a super realistic assessment ! Half sp if the sale doesn’t progress, we don’t get a fat Jv and we go it alone ! 4 bagger plus very realistic target ! Oh one addition within a year maybe 18 months even a solo mission would mean the sp breaches £1 on vastly increased profits and further probing up of resources ! :)
