The unfortunate or problem with BR coming in @ 38 p was the speeding ticket @ 45p ! had the sp been allowed to rise above 50p as was the direction a couple of things would have been different. Firstly BR would have had a tidy profit and no opportunity to average down nor the need basically. Second above 50p there would have been organic sales from lth top slicing or selling up without the need to manipulate the sp. If they would have done it anyway through greed ? who knows ? Im guessing ' 53/55p range it may not have been necessary but i guess we will never know now. Not criticizing the bod for the speed bump just think they could have easily justified a delay of a day or two to give BR some clear blue water and stop then playing havoc. but of course wtfdik etc

my only beef is that with the nda closed AND the fsp closed then certain parties are in possession of information that is A market sensitive and B are free to act on it whilst we are still in the dark. That is not how the information stream is supposed to be managed !
