We are not going to enter a JV i know that BUT if a super major wanted to enter into a jv based on what we have now to fully fund the play what % and how much do you think they would have to pay us for the privilege ?? My guess would be they could buy 45% stake and fund 100% of the operation for 3/4 bil and they fully fund an accelerated " bring to market " operation. These are purely my opinions so don't whine too much if you disagree just chuck out a number :)

I have to say ( and its just an opinion obviously ) but for me its looking more and more like a consortium. Reasons .... Firstly the length of time its taking to seal the deal, lots of back and forth with a consortium. Secondly and for me the most salient point is after an fsp or open air bidding war the losers are almost always agent provocateurs! Be it to push the price up for a competitor or just to scuttle the deal there is never radio silence. We have not had a peep from anyone, no company taking positions openly nor petulant dismissive statements of the " well we didn't want it anyway" style.
I genuinely find that odd now the nda is over and for me the explanation is a consortium !!! wtfdik bla bla bla caveats bla bla .... gla

I think we need a spark to panic a few into making a mess in their shorts :) Won't take much i think most of the 10 mil are leverage against long positions jic to be honest. fair comments beast,dealer,moocher i just prefer higher denom shares usually, much harder to manipulate the sp in my experience. The rapid increase of the use of trading and trend algorithms does present new challenges re manipulation however with very small fee free trades ?? maybe a better solution than consolidation can be found though.
