kind of agree mooching BUT 12 million heavily leveraged can become significant in two ways. One it muddies the waters in as much as 12 million 100x levered is a lot ( not that most retail shorters can prove the capacity to be allowed 100 x of course )and two naked short selling is still allowed here which i totally feel should be illegal and allows for more manipulation. ...the appointment rns was ready and was probably intended to be an intra day rns as its sp importance was minimal. The continued manipulation and churn by the likes of BR aided and abetted by win mm meant ( in my view )that the bod took advantage of the rns and maybe even tweaked it mid afternoon to give as much of a hint as was possible without falling foul of the AIM regs.
I for one was never in doubt about the " conclusion" only the remuneration.
I am even less sure how it will pan out in £/$ terms but it strikes me even more as a win win ( ironic really lol ) either a very large sale of assets laving a minor explorer/producer with a few producing assets or a select asset sale with a large ( but not massive ) dividend perhaps x 3 current sp and a larger company remaining to progress the Rossego purchase and to become a medium sized producer/miner over the coming years or perhaps prove up and a second sale.

Out of curiosity Stork... Have you leveraged heavily on your short ? Have you set a stop loss ( because you do know that if the sale rns drops the sp will smash right through that don't you )? Then there is collateral to the exposure, the normal set up is access to a set amount of funds and proof that you can afford the(potentially ) monumental losses. Finally there is the Jubbing, thing .... bankrupted by a short ( shame ) .

cant find the link but i read that Neal John Froneman suggested in an interview that the palladium production shortfall should be resolved by 2024/25 and that in some cases platinum will be used as an alternative ! First does he know of a good easy to access supply of palladium ??????? Second if palladium is replaced in some instances with platinum dont we have a fair bit of that as well ????
