My thoughta exactly ! how long does the " absence " of something take to acertain ? How long does the amount of " something " take to acertain? Short answer former ... not very long! The latter has to be checked double checked and then double double checked to avoid providing misinfomation to the market. Add to that the "surprise" of the earlier shows and it all points to a quantiy calculation not an absense! As always wtfdik and caveats bla bla bla and this area of mining/drilling relativley new to me so wtfdik goes double :)

for me the fact A/C bought back his shares @ a higher price says to me that either we are very close or that there has been a short unforseen delay! maybe im an optimist but he bought without fanfare as soon as he could ( my opinion) He could have waited but didnt ! the furore had disapeared so why then ?? Pure speculation obviously but i think it was becasue we are/were close but this is a complex deal and T's must be crossed and I's dotted.
So in short in his position i would have sailed as close as possible to the wind whilst leaving myself plausible deniabilty re inside knowledge. So i think final legal minutiae and we are done !!! All imho and wtfdik etc but thats my gut impression and good luck to you all .

i think i can now read the situation Dimitri. You have a dilemma my guess and it is a guess is that you had a large holding a mil maybe more and watched it rise to 45p selling a few on the way but not many. Then it was manipulated down and maybe on the 18p debacle you offloaded a large % or you got stopped out and Now you are torn because on the one hand you still hold a fair few So if we sold for over a quid you would pocket a fair chunk but the 800k or more given away cheaply would haunt you. Its a tricky one if we drop a lot you can get your shares back or some of them but if we sell now you will always wonder what might have been.
I feel you pain and right up until you became disingenuous about it i may have even cared. Not so much now .
