That being said i still have every confidence in the bod i just think they with their perfectly legal and obviously insider knowledge cannot empathize with the long medium and newby small pi ! I understand it but its frustrating. And in my opinion those who were party to the info via the nda will one way or another be profiting from that knowledge and thats a tough pill to swallow.

dont doubt the manipulation is legal if a little sordid, however the nda and the information room and those given access to it is a different matter. If the manipulation was /is facilitated by infomation not available to the market as a whole by way of the nda that's not legal.

there was very little or even no lead time given on the ex div date ?? Are the loan-ees of the shares liable for the dividend payment that the loan-er ie BR have missed out on ?? I cannot see any way the owner of the shares on loan would lend with any other contractual obligation !! I mean 6% payment is a nice bonus but will pale into insignificance compared to the divi. Sooooo any short still open on the ex div date would not only have to be given back BUT if they missed the ex d date they would be on the hook contractually for the divi as well !!!
Dinitri has made clear his view of shorters so maybe he will set a very very short period between rns and ex d date and sit back and enjoy the carnage lmao We can but dream eh chaps ? :)
