Keep your eye on the Vwap.
The stated SP here (LSE) is the Median price.
With a Vwap below the Median - the Vwap will rise, it will fall when the Median is below the Vwap.
The difference - Vwap to Median is also critical.
You will see trades going through at 0.0001 above / below the median to tag the trade as B/S and the illusion continues.
In this case - very little impact on the Vwap - although the B/S ratio suggests otherwise.

Comments from lay investor.

But / Sell ratio is accurate and obeys the tah system relative to the Median price at trade time. We are IN A SELL DOWN disgusised by the ratio - ratio manipulated via spread that in turn manipulates buy / sell tag. MM's giving an illusion !!!

Just done a quick calc as below for the total holdings -:
RNS 20th Sept Rosego JV dilution- :
The total number of ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement, and assuming exercise of all of the Warrants, is 83,103,126 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which would represent approximately 2.87 per cent of the Company's enlarged fully diluted share capital of 2,895,111,558 Ordinary Shares.

RNS 20th May - Rosego JV Dilution:
The total number of ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the private placement, and assuming exercise of all of the Warrants, is 106,613,502 new ordinary shares, which would represent approximately 3.72 per cent of the Company's enlarged fully diluted share capital of 2,865,315,183 ordinary shares.

So total shares inc warrents = 189,716,638
so 190M / 2,895,111,558 = 6.55% Holding.
This is over the 3% decleration rule ???

Anyway - might be an idea to check my numbers - if correct then use in your stock tracking.
