It was this bit:

Market soundings, as defined in MAR, were taken in respect of the Placing, with the result that certain persons became aware of inside information, as permitted by MAR. That inside information is set out in this announcement and has been disclosed as soon as possible in accordance with paragraph 7 of article 17 of MAR. Therefore, those persons that received inside information in a market sounding are no longer in possession of inside information relating to the Company and its securities.

Is that standard for an RNS?

Does anyone have a take on the reference to insider information in the RNS?

I'm not sure that spending some money from the raise to elephant hunt in Namibia again is wise given the problems with the balance sheet. What do others think?

If they need to raise via share placing, why wait until after the full year results RNS, which was always going to depress the share price. Why did they not raise earlier in the year?

You would have thought they would issue an RNS on Tuesday, otherwise Celicourt will be getting emails asking for a Chariot comment on the article's headline.

If we do have shallow reservoir gas shows at 400M, is that a good thing, or could it be gas escaping from the main target? What did PRD find at mou3 in their target after seeing early gas shows at a similar depth?

I wonder how comfortable AP is with AA now above 7%. Is this just an investment in Chariot or will he look to takeover on the cheap? I think he does have history with takeovers, perhaps it was him that made the informal approach that AP mentioned. IMHO, DYOR.

Agreed, LSE is wrong. Maybe AA was the seller and we will get the RNS this week, although I would prefer an RNS about progress. thanks.

I was taking DW's latest holding at 765134 from LSE, but that could be wrong.

Covalis holding was reduced due by the CFD they held.

If AA now out, shouldn't we get an RNS confirmation?
