Hi Surety, they have said it in the past (it was a running joke, pre farm in). In their defence, they do progress things albeit, at a slow pace. Also, many were questioning buying into Etana Energy a few years ago, but it has turned out to be a life saver IMHO. If ENOG keep quiet tomorrow, then we don't have long to wait for news re-Namibia (their next license round opens in April), plus we should see if AA is still a major shareholder by April too. I'm just getting "cabin fever" waiting for the news!

Let's hope ENOG mention their plans regarding Morocco, when they report tomorrow. If they keep silent, then I assume CHAR will not be able to report anything on any future Anchois development. I think tomorrow is also a deadline date for country approvals on the ENOG asset sale. Hope we get some indication on whether ENOG are still in or plan to exit Morocco, as it's been a long wait! IMHO

If ENOG do walk away, I wonder if there is any compensation clause in the farm out contract. After all they were committed to the 3D mapping of the license. IMHO

If Carlyle bails on the deal to buy ENOG assets (which could happen this week), then that puts pressure on ENOG's capex and could force their hand to leave Morocco. Let's hope CHAR has been working on a plan B in the background, if this happens. IMHO

He might be needed back in his old position, as ENOG's asset sales looks likely to be cancelled IMHO.

Hi Surety, that'll be the Oort electrolyser that was on show a few weeks ago. Must have been shipped to Morocco by now.

It is still only at a proof of concept stage, but at least shows the Hydrogen pillar is progressing in the background. IMHO JT.

Yes, they have not updated the significant shareholder section (so will probably have to wait another month), but the page was updated for 5/3/25 for the number of issued shares "As at 5 March 2025, Chariot had in issue 1,201,674,140 ordinary shares" . Same happened last month. Perhaps they have reduced wages and handing out shares? JT

Hi Surfit, I would tend to believe Char website's figures over others, as they use Orient for the shareholding analysis. The Char website normally updates a few days after the analysis result. Although AIM rules state 6 months, the last three Orient updates on the site were for 29/12/23, 30/4/24 & 30/9/24. We could see an update from 28/2/25 published soon. If not, then definitely an update for 31/3/25 in early April. As for AP's holding, probably could be answered by Char's IR.

Thanks Oiltdr, if you are correct, it sounds like Anchois is not a write off, though development could be some way off yet.

Hi Oiltdr, is that the good news or not so good news? Are they still deciding if the resource is still viable, or if it is attractive enough for ENOG to develop?

If Oiltdr is correct, then we will find out soon. Whether the 1-3 news ratio relates solely to the gas or includes all other pillars makes no difference, as we are currently price rated to fail all three. IMHO JT

Probably like most, I thought I could de-risk when the farm in happened, but got caught out when the sp went in the opposite direction. As for now, there is no way I would sell at this low price. Even without the gas, the other pillars are worth more than the current sp imho. The bod had better hope that the sp improves before the next investor meet though, as I'm sure they will not get a good reception. Their comms with shareholders is a joke!

Hi Surfit, I believe the Oort 1MW electrolyser that was recently demonstrated will eventually get shipped to Morocco for further testing. Electrolyser efficiency is the key to get to a Hydrogen project fid and Oort claims their'product is better than competitors. I assume they will scale up the next electrolyser, so let's hope Char have picked the right company to work with. It's not always the quickest that wins the race. If we can scale up the electrolyser and with a solar farm (plus I think that water company we purchased fits into the plan too), then we may have a viable project. We have all the components and connections, but it is a few years away, IMHO JT

Agreed Gardie, though when you consider that they have sold off mature assets in Egypt, Italy & Croatia, they must be looking at new opportunities and Anchois aside, the rest of the Morocco license would fit their plans. It all depends upon whether or how much they want to spend on exploration. Maybe they will commit to further 3D mapping in the license area and decide after the results. IMHO JT

It's the sort of news that Char should be publishing via X etc. Looks like Total not involved in this one?
