Hi Speedy. Still buying. The guys at work think I'm a pirate. It's things like my property portfolio that worries me although I guess people will always need somewhere to live. The world seems like its on self destruct at the minute and although gold could hit new highs there might be nothing to spend it on.

It went up last Friday PM. I think it's people looking for a safe haven over the weekend. It will drop a little on Monday IF no one decides to start another war over the weekend. Keep Well everyone and have a great weekend

Hi Speedy. It has gone up £100 an ounce this week. This years high is £1635 an ounce so a little way off that but I think this will be exceeded by the end of the year

it is not a fact as people have bought them today so someone wants them. it is a fact that the sp is ****e from where it has been but it is not fact that nobody wants them.

Hi Speedie. Just worries me that everything else might be worthless if gold gets to $10000. I have a range of assets so I will be happy if gold goes up but I wouldn't want it to destroy the value of everything else.

Unbelievable price prediction. Great for gold just not sure what everything else would be worth if gold went to $10000 oz

I read something the other day that said £6000 per oz by 2027. I think the rest of the world will have to be in a poor state to get to that.
