But with the IPO fundraise from Rincon that will get diluted. However they are purchasing more share as part of the IPO so will have a significant holding. Either way the IPO is great as its easier to value the Gunsynd investment. Plus Rincon will rise pretty sharply following the IPO (we hope!)

My guess is that they have purchased more shares than originally intended... The timing of the placing would suggest this anyway. Lets hope for 15 to 20% in Rincon!

This will move quickly now. 14p by COP and new holders will be in around the 12p mark looking to double up as a minimum before top slicing. 20p by the end of the week.

It will no way drop by 42.5p as you have to pay tax on the dividend (if you will get more than 2k dividend and not in an isa). I see this dropping max 30p on ex div and then buyers will flood in.
Im holding for the long term. So glad I topped up at 50p when the divi was confirmed. No brainier.

Vaccine talks also confirming the difficulties even just vaccinating the vulnerable and will take months to arrange. Anyone under 50 will not be vaccinated until 2021. Our test will be developed for either covid or cancer....

Definitely a strong but but have to bear in mind you will need to pay tax on the dividend unless you buy in an isa. But 13.5p for a share in brh is an absolute bargain. Remember they do still have 2.5million in cash which can go a long way!

I'm in both brh and rms. I don't think brh holders will be in for a surprise. Most of us got in under 42p so will be making profit from the dividend and have free shares in the company. Bear in mind brh also made 500k profit from medical device sales of the other companies they own which is a decent profit for a small Mcap. We all know the price will drop after the dividend but not really bothered as its free money.. I'll be using my money to top up more here anyway.

Yeah interesting. With Richard sneller owning a large proportion of shares its sounds like a good investment. He is a solid investor.

The declaration date is the day on which the board of directors announces the dividend.
The ex-date or ex-dividend date is the trading date on (and after) which the dividend is not owed to a new buyer of the stock. The ex-date is one business day before the date of record.
The date of record is the day on which the company checks its records to identify shareholders of the company. An investor must be listed on that date to be eligible for a dividend payout.
The date of payment is the day the company mails out the dividend to all holders of record. This may be a week or more after the date of record

Haha my view i similar - the covid test may or may not make it to the market but the way they are manufacturing the test can be used for other purposes and its highly sensitive. For me there is absolutely no risk if the test does not go to the market as they will use the development for cancer etc. Plus the test going to market is certainly not priced in to the SP at the moment so it shouldnt drop if the BOD say they are going to progress the test development in cancer instead of Covid etc. However if the test is used and commercially available by say March it will make some serious money for BRH and us....

I think it because everyone knows EUA is being sold and its a guess at how much for.
GGP seem to be going down the route of joint ventures on all their projects and will still own sites while gold is being extracted is my opinion. So EUA is bouncing around an SP where people think it will be sold for at least double...
