Sorry to say as I really did have high hopes for this. But maximum capacity of 2m a month doesn't reflect the current sp and looks like a placing is likely with the funding options. Very sad and hope all holders do well but I am just fed up with the share now.

It was due to be the Rincon IPO today and we would find out what percentage of Rincon Gunsynd own. Absolutely nothing has changed in terms of Gunsynd investment just a little longer until we found out what percentage we have following the IPO.

Lets also bear in mind that the other investments that BRH hold are growing going from a loss last year when the SP was 15p ish to a profit this year.... This shows the trend moving onwards with the other investments. They are certainly heading in the right direction. Plus the £2.5m in cash to invest further or progress the Paraytec test.

It would be nice if they disclosed who bought in the placing. Must have been some decent investors you would have thought. Anyway onwards and upwards from here.

I must admit my only concern with the sp getting stronger and stronger is the amount of derampers it brings along with it. Hopefully we don't get that over here!! Been holding since the spike of 2.6p a few months back and was depressing watching it hit 1.8p etc. Holding strong here now first target is 10p to take our initial stake only.

You have to think the big pharmas will be looking to get a partnership ASAP as the amount invested now in N4P compared to the money they will make and save using Nuvec is a no brainer!
Now that they have completed the phase 3 trials and cracking on with manufacturer its the perfect time to start looking at ways to reduce costs, constraints, limitations etc associated with these high tech vaccines.

2021 will be a great year for N4P.

In the last 6 months we have had the following news:
- Nuvec is progressing with in Vivo studies for covid vaccine and generation of antibodies
- The MRNA vaccines have been unbelievably successful results with the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 phase 3 trials, this is huge for N4P and Nuvec as it is exactly what the technology is aimed at. These types of vaccines will be the future.
- N4P has signed an agreement with a manufacturing partner the API and Nanomedicines business unit of Ardena ('Ardena').
- N4P has proved that Nuvec loaded with pasmid DNA can be freeze fried and stored for a minumum of 2 weeks without any drop in transfection
- Testing on the use of Nuvec in oncology and cancer treatment has commenced with partners Nanometrics

Will all of the above I personally think the SP should have surpassed the previous highs without doubt!
The last 6 months have been full of good news and there is so much more news in the pipeline.
I am holding and not selling a single share until we hit 30p which is when I will take out my original stake only.
