Sorting out the wheat from the chaff2 Apr 2025 14:05
Today has been a good example of poster trends on the LSE boards. Last couple of days, the price has dropped and the Derampers and trolls came out in force. Today it goes up 10% and they are nowhere to be seen? Quite simply there is no gain here today for them so they move over to other boards where stocks might have dropped. They also have a couple of different accounts so they can both ramp and deramp as it suits. Shambles is a great example of this.
I’ve learnt that when I read a post on LSE that may concern me, look at the posters history and see when they post, is there a trend? Do they ramp as prices go up?, Do they deramp as prices go down?
What you should be looking for are posters that appear to consider both the positives and negatives, they tend to be the ones with the knowledge and they also tend to be the ones who are investing as opposed to trading.
Good luck to all investors on here, do what’s right for your own personal situation. Strong hold for me.
