Really disappointing to see a number of contracts awarded today but nothing for us. I think the sp had been moving up in the knowledge that these awards were imminent and that UPL would be amongst them but unfortunately it looks like the big players (BP etc) are the first cabs off the rank.

I would expect share price to drift back into the 2s again until a confirmed UPL contract is delivered. Come on UPL it’s time to deliver on these promises

Wild market cap projections are simply fantasy at the moment. The potential upside is very strong but the company has a long history of misinforming investors and over promising without delivering.

I have put spare cash into UPL top ups for years but I’m not investing any more, this is simply a hold and forget for me now.

Expect to see lots of big sells followed by big buys as investors use their new ISA allocations.

not sure which telegram group you are referring to derek. i have been a member of a group for several years, full of genuine investors, balance opinions and most importantly people who are genuinely informed and in contact with the company on a regular basis.

as opposed to the lse page, which again i’ve been watching for many years. generally uninformed traders, part-time investors sniffing around for the next big thing and lots of people with genuine questions. add to the mix the shorters and boiler room crews and it makes for a bit of a jungle.

nice to see that this board has attracted a better group of people in the main, people who are able to sniff out the **** bags!

Hi Mumbo Jumbo, the simple answer to your question is no, we currently have no confirmed contracts that the market is aware of.

For transparency, I am a reasonably long term holder with a large investment and am very bullish and excited about the next 6 months based on the information that has been made available and additional info that I’ve taken the time to research.

I agree. The US exposure that moving to the OTC will bring will also attract US investors who are traditionally, much more aggressive buyers than us Brits.

Either way your posts are really unhelpful. I have been and am currently in touch with the board and at no point have they given me dates in the future for things to happen (nor would I expect them to). They have given me much confidence that things are progressing and exciting times are imminent.

You are creating false situations and potentially making the board look bad at the same time. Your date prophecies have been wrong so many times surely your own sense of credibility would stop you from continuing to do it.

Great to see the vultures here spreading the negativity, it’s a good sign. Usually means the shorters have misjudged things.

Many would have seen oil plays such as UPL as guaranteed short plays with the middle east as it is. Fortunately the location of our core business targets mean that if anything, our position will be stronger once pending contracts are confirmed.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with respectfully questioning the board via email. There have been a lot of promises and there was a clear direction pointed out to shareholders. It now seems that we are looking at a number of different plays and it is totally reasonable to ask the board to clarify the company’s short/medium/ling term plan for the locations that have been mentioned.

DMG, it’s your departure that would make this board a better one. You offer nothing in terms of knowledge but are consistently rude. Clearly a very unhappy human which is sad.
