On the main page at the bottom you'll see JCI mentioned also.

Couldn't find much about the ownership structure. Found a certain Greg Dane "investor and board member" on LinkedIn.

Could be coincidence but if you search "JCI Mining" in Twitter you will see they were looking urgently for grade 10 and Heavy Duty Code 10/14 Drivers in the week before the Uitkomst Coal Sales & Marketing Agreement RNS.

If you search Twitter for "Vele coal mine" you will see more job adverts posted in September: Front End Loader operator for Vele Colliery in Musina. This time the company header is of Ingwenya Mineral Processing (pty) Ltd.

Also laboratory jobs on-site at Vele (advertised by Ronewa Analytical Laboratory).

Might we get news of Vele mine restart soon?

With both Vele and Uitkomst in production would that be enough to cover the remainder of the funding needed for Makhado?

Any guesses to where the share price might go if this all falls into place?

Looks like they have been recruiting for Vele Colliery recently. If you search Twitter for "Vele Colliery" you'll see various roles were advertised (e.g. dump truck and excavator operators).

Interestingly, the email address to apply for the vacancies is an MC Mining one but the company logo in the header at the top is JCI Mining: Senosi is/was a director there according to the RNS dated 28/04/2022.

Not much info on JCI Mining but google gives this: "full contract mining solution for clients, offering the full range of Opencast Mining services... We ensure compliance to all relevant legislation and mining standards on all the mines we operate on."
