Q2 results were acceptable but had no growth.

Until they grow the revenue SIGNIFICANFLY it is an ideal machine to add more free shares and buy them back with s/h money for the sole benefit of the bod, the sp wil bob around where it is.

I would add the 1p ex-div 17th Jul.

I plan to collect all the divis (4.75p) till the Dec ex-div date and then dump most of my holdings, having a lowish average and go elsewhere for divis.

I am actually a long term holder. But having bought in the 110's the subsequent turmoil did not faze me.

The comments from non engineers persuaded me to invest in end of Jan to beginning of Mar as I saw an opportunity. I am glad I did!

Everyone has a different view depending on their experience, expectations, holdings , and average price paid.

My take-out from these offers is that they all lifted the sps from deep discounts to nearer the companies published NAVs.

I would expect the same to happen to GSF.

Many very different reactions to GSF RNS as one would expect. I will bank the 3+1 p divis before doing anything else.

If not then I assume ITC for Big Rock is safe as is the 4p divi.
