Sadly I have no allowances worth much as I am higher rate tax payer.

All my money is in ISAs one pays no tax on income from investments within the ISAs.

I am pretty happy with that.

If I put the 120k I spent in a bank, I will be paying 45% on any interest . At 5% that would be 3kpa.

Here I will have a TAXFREE income of about 15kpa.

No Brainer to me hence my buying over the last two months.

I take it that you have shorted it from your pessimism.

Which ever way it goes one of us will do well and that what makes a market.

When I posted 9.27 the volume was low. That pattern has been repeated with the afternoon volumes catching up.

There are a few very large trades 250,000 up to a million that make up the overall large number.

I don't know about you, but lowly pi's like me can't buy such large volumes for many reasons, one of which I don't have funds like that! LOL!

I think we will get a RNS like last year next week.

They quote a range between 13 and 25.4$ with an average of 19$.

I'll be happy with the average!.

We are currently at 9.5. I expect it will move fairly quickly to 13.

May take a bit more or a bit less depending on many factors.
