Wouterius,
Firstly, I thought new thread title is more appropriate!
All these explosive growths cannot be sustained over any long periods.
It will probably track the competitors eg mgni/ttd etc.
If you look at them they only have a short 12 to 18 months before falling back.
The competitive environment will determine it together with the technical and management quality.
More importantly, in my view, having got a jump start, can they maintain the gain in future months years?
i.e. will they grow profitably?
I have no idea, just hope so! And reduce my position as we grow as I am overly exposed right now.
JR
Tricky,
Indeed! I read widely including listening to the company's interviews, blogs, webcast and so on.
This stt1 repeats himself and others ad nauseum. I have learnt nothing new from him and any reaction to his post(s) sets off another repeat of ancient, now broadly irrelevant cut and paste.
New insights are most welcome. Having held these since autonomy days (2004) I am well aware of the relevant history.
I much rather hear where you think we are heading not where we have been.
JR
Is this the only thing to talk about? You are just as obsessed as your idiot.
The sp is gradually creeping up.
JR
Gdog,
TRMR now meet the requirements for listing on nasdaq. They did not last year.
I do hope they go for it, after the appointment of stifel in the us.
Frustratingly I do not know and finding it impossible to get any info! AArgh.
JR
Thanks Gdog!
What do you think of a potential nasdaq listing for trmr?
JR
Rusty,
Totally agree, hence my suggestion of 1p! Gets new PIs on board and does not cost much specially with a growing cash generation.
JR
Baldy,
This is not a mature staid business spinning off money to be paid as dividend!
I am with Gdog, they are a growing business and looking to grow bigger.
The only point of any divi would be nominal, put down a marker and give the SP a shove, on that basis 1p would be fine!
JR
Gdog,
Yes we do!
This is heading to £10 this time next year.
JR
Baldy,
It's in the RNS.... today's says 28,036,128.
JR
Tricky,
I can explain some:-
If a company is doing well and has cash that is not required in the current operation, they have several choices
Leaving it on the balance sheet is inefficient and attracts predators
They can pay a dividend but that money leaves the company for good
They can buy back shares into treasury, retaining control, reduce free float, increase eps and encourage more prospective buyers on board....
This was one of my specialist subjects at the LBS....
And finally, when they come to merge/buy another business they have the wherewithals to do a deal without having to raise more funds (at least partially).
Hope that helps .
JR
Jus for the record.
As of the 17/12/2020 the 7 largest holders have 70.2% of the ord stock.
Buying into treasury is really only useful if you intend m&a activity.
JR
That's another obstacle out of the way of the sp's climb!
JR
Potato,
Its called bear baiting!
Just a bit of fun while we wait for the ye result and update...
JR
gdog,
Very glad to hear you can trade this as easily now!
I'll be joining you in peri today.
JR
Gdog,
You know far more about these than me, but aren't there level1 ADRs for otc stocks? Would that not make trading these easier?
JR
Bald-eagle,
I'll be watching with bated breath but I don't think there will be much fireworks yet.
Most of the big holders are uk/europe based.
Until there is substantial american shareholder(s), we won't see much movement as per ttd!
JR
Very good news indeed in this morning's rns.
Let's see where it takes us!
GLA LTH!
