Good to see that diamonds from Botswana are wanted over Russian. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-01-09/diamond-sales-fuel-botswana-budget-surplus-as-buyers-shun-russia?leadSource=uverify%20wall
Step by Step... I too was thrown somewhat by the JT comment, but then I thought on it. If I was 'in my mind' managing what I wanted to be a Cruise Liner of a company, to go far and not jump to Tug Boat policy (as many on AIM seem to do), then if I saw BD becoming a larger player, then yes TR might not be 'a company make' in that sense. It will though, be a great platform to move up to that 'larger' company, going from explorer to miner to... so much so... I threw in another 55852 of share bought this morning. JP
What is a 'Company Made'? Clarification is needed as others have said. If JT means to take BD from acorn to sapling and fully grown tree, so to speak, then does TR and Mars take the company to sapling? What in our terms does that mean... Doubling of Market Cap? Let's hope that JC sees we need investor guidance here.
Ducks in a row... If this duck, so to speak is for after TR, then great work, setting it up so that once TR is running and cash positive they can mov to these new kimberlites. Shows good management and planning to me.
The RNS seems positive, albeit off the back of a 'difficult time' and when we live in Difficult times. I believe in Tidal as part of a new generation of changes... I have hope for SIMEC... if we can get out of the deep water and into the 'shallows' so to speak, we should see strengthening in this company and growth.
Nonsense I had £84k, but luckily sold out and hold £15k now.
3 weeks ago I had £84k here... at an average of 29.6p... I was hopeful, but as the war/inflation/recession occurred I just felt 'worried' so sold out to £15k. So I was more diversified. Luck... that was all... I had high hopes for Rambler. Now, I still have a decent chunk in the game, but it shows how fast things can change. I agree with everyone, a bad RNS... just after Queen died, as if to 'hide bad news'. I had thought BOD was on the up.
I thought it was 'more business like' an RNS than the softer approach we have seen in the past. It may be we are entering a new phase, where the assets are really rather good, but rather than shout from the hilltops, better to be seen as ultra professional... especially as we step into the mining stage, which will need partnerships with probably bigger players in the industry.
