Some would same dubious - others might say the directors have seen it as an opportunity to get a promising, profitable, to the stock market.

You pay your money and you take your chances.

Also pleasing to see that both acquisitions have issued shares that are subject to lock in. No danger of billions of shares hitting the open market.

ETH price was some 23% lower at the end of July than it is today - probably fair to assume the original ~£375k value is more like £425k if you allow a 50/50 cash/ETH split

Remember that Kingsbridge was acquired at a premium.. so great value for existing holders of VULT. The carry over of GBP/ETH holdings will presumably be RNS'd at some stage ... Bare in mind the previously value estimates were with ETH at a much lower price point ..
