RE: What is going on?11 Sep 2025 18:17
Yesterday a few people got caught out by FOMO and traders, scalpers and opportunists took their profits and moved on, leaving some holding on to a loss. Many that invest and trade in the markets don't want to hold on to anything for very long at all - fear of dilution, suspensions, deception etc etc.
This share, as far as anyone can tell, could just be another example of promise of riches that ends in tears. But it might not. Maybe it will end in a reverse takeover that values the enlarged capital at £500m, 750m, or heck, even £1b. If that does happen, Atlas shareholders will be very pleased indeed from the 30p level.
You pay your money and you take your chances. That's the game. Nobody is right or wrong at this stage - nobody has a crystal ball. With a prevailing wind, some positive PR and a sniff of institutional investment, I strongly believe this will see 100p-150p before we have the takeover completed.
The markets are suffering in the current political and economic climate - everyone is here, reading this post, for the same reason .. we want to make money to better the lives of ourselves and our families.
I have bought 3 lots of shares between 28p and 45p because I believe the risk Vs reward here is good. I consider the chances that I can earn 3/4/5x my investment very reasonable.
