4-to-1 share consolidation pre-IPO, so looking for $18 as fair value at 2.5p (based on my research)

So I've ran everything through ChatGPT - and at the current SP, the implied WeShop price would need to be £3.62 to equal fair value.

This takes into account the equity share, the capital bond debt, and assumes a £0 value for the 10% share in bio2pure.

So in essence, if the Nasdaq IPO hits $4.70, that is roughly par value. Any more than this, and you could see fireworks.

But also have a ~£7m liability through a discounted capital bond?

So am I right in thinking WeCap hold 16% shares once fully diluted/converted?

10% holding currently, and 6% via CSIL?

Lots of focus on subnet 127 and the upcoming coldkey swap to SigmaArena - and rightly so.

However, don't forget about the underlying strength of the treasury, giving a ridiculously undervalued mNav.

Current treasury holdings are approaching £5m in crypto (if you consider the increased TAO holdings) and we know that we have £5.5m GBP banked too.

So £10.5m in treasury, combined with a current subnet value of roughly £2.5m

All looks to be a formality.. double the shares in issue to provide financial cover for historic debts and costs related to RTO.. then issue £25m to support the capital needs of the enlarged business.

Most of the funds are to be raised at a nominal 50p, so excellent news there too
