Boohoo reported roughly a 25% drop in second-half revenue and reduced its FY25 EBITDA forecast to £40 million. Plus an exceptional charge for write offs of around 40 mil so FY25 trading EBITDA could essentially reach breakeven.

Yes, Asos isn't boohoo but with that ridiculous stockpile, they probably will have exceptional charges for write offs. As said before, I will read the results carefully before making a decision. But will more and likely bail when/if this rises a bit, as this isn't going to rise properly for ages unfortunately.

Stockmarket correction? Jamesss, some of my portfolio is down but Asos the clear winner and the one I'm concerned about. You'd think there had been a total collapse. My BT shares are flying, even loss making Ocado bounced a bit from last weeks lows (though they are down again today). This has been abysmal from Asos and it isn't just Roberto saying it. Hopefully we'll see the results soon and then see where we stand.

Saw a message of yours from Jan 2023:

"Whatever this share does today it will do the opposite tomorrow. LT its looking positive, they have significantly cut forward orders which are being felt on our factory floor, buying is far later, more considered and reactive with orders coming through 6 weeks later than normal, this us good, due to freight leadtimes this time last year they had no choice, overheads reducing yet they are pushing supply chain far far harder than they ever had. Im far far happier and confident as a supplier and shareholder than i was this time last year when despite decent trade i could see a whole ton of massive pitfalls, these have been identified and pretty much addressed giving a much more transparent outlook."

Over 2 years ago and seems like things are worse now than then. I know the sp obviously suggests that. Next results will be interesting and I potentially will pull the plug if I cannot see this rising any time soon.

I mean suppose I would just copy and paste the same email to the hundreds I got sent to be fair.

Tbf to Roberto, he has called it right. No real analysis and has just guessed but still gone the way he said.

Nothing wrong with what you post Savage but Simply Wall St isn't a quality source, they apout absolute nonsense.

But anyone would be right to question CPI, it jas just dropped and dropped. Kept selling the silver to keep it afloat and the sp kept falling the no fcf nor dividend. I invested in this a while ago and used to get lies sent to me from Stuart Morgan who was head of investor realations then. FCF and a dividend should have been in place 2 years ago from his comments.

I can't see this falling much further so anyone getting in now should be ok, but this has been a sh*t show for a long time now.

The current market cap makes this less than Boohoo's.

Just looked at volume, 58,000 shares traded today.

Who knows why there has been such a collapse. Market uncertainty some have said, but Asos seems to have fallen more than most. Can anyone see 199p?

Won't lie, I haven't checked the data but has all the hallmarks of a large seller. I know some have said that doesn't appear to be the case.
