I did a sale & repurchase which i assume is the bed..
Why didnt i buy into an isa first...i knew about the s&s isa prior to investing. I guess i was too caught up with wanting to buy the shares, thinking an isa would take too long to set up and didnt even consider CGT... i also never anticipated the shares eventual value (havent reached it yet)
Look on the brightside... paying cgt means we have made profit and the more ctg we pay the more we will have +++ the more ctg we save in our isa
Wow...after a blip in sp today sar are looking for new partners over the coming weeks.
Any news will surely increase the share price.
Id have expected the news yesterday to have propelled the price beyond 3p..
However... with any news to come across different platforms im expecting a surprised price increase out of the blue.
I totally agree.
From the MM viewpoint they surely would want the shareprice substantially higher on exposure.
1. 3p sp or 30p they will be selling the shares based on potential
2. Sar would want a higher SP su h as 20p as looks better to investors
3. Ultimately the bottom sp will need to be higher than 2p... the 28p mentioned for so long seems realistic.
Ultimately... the MM can sell sar shares at 3p or £1 and the volume will be similar....
This share is like a rollercoaster with the ups and downs... 1.2 to 2.6p ranges... watch the graphs settle for a while then move.
Like with rollercoasters its difficult to jump off after the 1st dip or 2... they usually finish on a high...
Im tempted to sell at around 2.2 as looks like could be a dip however.... there is so much potential with news due at anytime...
If i do jump out then just if the price climbs then just like a rollercoaster at its peak you just cant jump on.
Im strapped in tight and expecting a high again soon....
Sat had it all...
Great product's
Products in demand and current
A consistent SP level for some time in excess of 1p. Progress and hovering.
Momentum...
Highly traded share.
From this position i cant see any reason why anything less than 20p would be worth selling at.
1. If it rockets up to 5p ill wait to see where that surge stops at... i dont want to put a figure in mind that i must sell at.
2. If it slowly makes it way to 5p then patience until it stops rising. When it stops there will be a surge to rocket it upwards which i think will be closer to 20p
3. Check its potential for a further rise. There may be news due and plenty still to come so for me its about watching the company and not the sp.
The sp alone can be misleading where sar activity, rns, deals etc are what ill focus on and sell once tue majority of those are done...
Well... thats the plan... but... if this goes up 10x my investment then its a no brainer...
Sell at a figure that you are content with
I sold out at 84p as i watched the price drop from 1.20
After going below 80p i just watched to make sure there was a safe time to reinvest... held back at 330pm today and regret not doing so...
All about luck and timing... then again...hindsight is an amazing thing
Is the funding there for this or will we have to pay for it?
Just think logically,
if you were a big pharma company, would you want to create a vaccine that would once would be enough or to be taken regularly?
Covid is effecting everyone with not everyone effected or having symptoms yet its awareness is greater than any other condition.
When did we lockdown for flu, cancer, heart conditions etc
Or require everyone to be vaccined against them?
Covid is a lucrative business for those behind it
I have shares in sar and believe there products should be used along with val.
The fact that they arent being used is likely that they are too good and go against the covid business plan.... well....time will tell...
Having had this share for a while now along with val i can see similarities.
Reaching 3p and the slide back down to below 2p and up to 2.4p.
Hovering down to 1.6 and now hovering around the 1.4p.
Prior to val reaching its heights of 60p it did similar to this. Around 10p with an increase to 15p and back down, around the time of the rights were issued at 15p. It then took off with momentum and went through the 20s 30s 40s and 50s to its heights.
Im hoping this is what the sar sp will do. It has some great links to investors for its products.
It was the anticipation of the rns q3 with val that drove its sp up and in my opinion there are similarities between the companies services so can see this happening in q4 with sar.
The drop in sp from 3p and 60p is less than half for both however both are hovering around these with these looking like the new bottom price.
Q4 and a rns will generate momentum and with some news regarding investors for the products will push the sp higher.
Remember, other companies are under pressure for covid treatments and so are govts to provide a vaccine. Sar and val have products that can be effective and available now.
A post Christmas lockdown will increase the demand with sar and vals products being pushed through
Plenty of positive news to come with great prospects.
3p to 1.5p.... soon will be back at 3p and then the rise from there....
Its not a sprint but a marathon... T 1.5p the foundation is being laid for progression to 2p soon and 3p then climb to 5p....
It may take some time but be worth the wait.
Its tempting to jump ship but i cant see any other shares likely to do more than double in price with less risk
