Looking at it from the viewpoint Amigo shares will trade again and there is a compromise reached in court...
Surely that would be good news and possibly cause the sp to go up further as it could be seen as positive...
If that is the end outcome then im sure more will be investing as they see the long term potential which can be through a completely different company structure.
If the outcome isnt great then obviously the sp drops and if go bust the nominal fee per share (ordinary 1p shares or 10p shares)
There i was surfing the net and all of a sudden i had applied and received an Amigo loan...
Minutes later it was spent.
Really.....
If that was the case a new proposal should be to refund those customers on receipt for what was purchased!
If customers have a complaint they should follow the process.
Rather than punish the lender perhaps educate the customer...
- please do not search for payday loans, fill out the forms, provide your details, click accept and then spend the money!
You dont end up with a loan by chance... even if you dont read the ts and cs the basic information is showing... borrow this and pay this back....
Judges should look at the processes involved and what the customer has to do to get a loan in the first place....
What can be done in future to make customers aware of the process...
Perhaps a 2 hour video presentation or a module with a test to make sure they have the knowledge about what they are applying for.....
I agree with BasilAlderman and other posts that a deal or news is close by.
2021 is the I want it now generation... Covid cure now please... previous generations would wait for it to be developed...
Today we have the technology and able to work around the clock along with instant communication etc things can happen in a fraction of the time
What once took years can be done in months...
India are in the spotlight with the covid situation and will surely want to be seen to be handling this well... especially if you consider the consequences if they dont such as trade sanctions...
Will they want to develop their own treatment or maybe they will want to buy into one such as ours.
Could a dea be done over the weekend... i expect so in the near future, India was just an example of the I right now as this could be applied to other companies/countries looking to develop
Where as im highly optimistic about Sar and prospects with what they have to offer
Im also cautious of the sp as per MM
When it hit 3p it dropped and then last tine around 2.4p it also dropped in an afternoon....
Both without need imo and no obvious reason as to why..
All the signs point to it going one way and far...
I have no idea of when this could happen or how much but im expecting to see a jump soon...
Whats a good price to sell at... well... its a matter of balancing out the reasons for why the sp increased versus the potential of Sar...
Id like to see it hit £1+ but 10p wouldnt be a bad price either..
Id like to see the price go up initially based on a good rns and hold its new price
From there hopefully we will only have good news to come and nothing negative then can see the sp rocket
8am is the most exciting part of my day and cant wait to see the sp increased
I wonder how the MM will play the SP...
Knowing the potential perhaps a rise to 10p which will tempt some to sell and also generate interest and more buys at the higher sp..
It can then move around 15-25p till the next news and then move from there
They surely will look to max out the trades as opposed to keeping it low to jump heavily to its final sp..
Prior to the 70p peak the sp was stable for a long time. To be around the 20p mark for a substantial amount of time just like it was between 5 to 10p previously.
Id welcome a 10x rise to £2 minimum
- still waiting for the same news as previously
- that rise only happened prior to news which wasnt even regarding a contract/partner
Imagine the sp when something does happen...
Im sure even on the expectancy of news it will rocket...
The last time i posted there was a negative reaction as the consensus as i mentioned a link to covid...
Now the majority of messages and the vision is heavily dependant on being a player in the covid field.
And there are questions over what would be a good price to sell at...
It depends on a number of factors...
1. How the SP rises as whether it is a sudden jump from 2p to 39p or if it is a gradual increase
2. How it rises and on what news along with news waiting for
3. How much are you content with and prepared to risk if the price drops suddenly
Its a game with the MM... remember that people will sell along the way and they need to make money back to...
I remember the 3p drop back down and that friday when it suddenly dropped from 2.3p to sub 1.8p...
I was also in Val when it dropped from 70p to 30p suddenly...
There is always a chance it will crash suddenly just as it can hold and increase
Its making a decision in the moment and not pondering afterwards....
Sell and the price rockets up or keep and it drops ...
Then again sell and it drops or keep hold and it rises....
Ill likely sell some to make sure i profit and keep some to gain on further rises...
Hindsight is amazing...
Probably see more rises and drops like off recent times...
Its remained above 1.5p for a while... it hit 3p amd dropped soon after... it was steady around 2.3p until that friday afternoon drop yet its bounced back to 2p again.
If you want a steady share to invest in id avoid any aim share!
Risk v Reward v Strategy
Aim stocks are risky but the rewards are greater..its all about timing when to trade...
With hindsight id have sold at 3p...bought in at 1.7p.. out at 2p then in again if it drops....
That is a massive risk as we have all seen with other aim shares they can 10x or more literally overnight...
Theres a risk to keep them and they drop or sell and miss the10x + increase...
Ive also seen similar shares arent doing as well as there has generally been a drop in sp.... it may just reflect tue market at the current time
Like a rollercoaster we get out of the dips really quickly... but... the drops are just as quick...
I stopped reading at that point as when the inacurrate margins were like that then the rest would be the same.
I wondered if they had the decimal in the wrong place or misread the prices however these are pros
It looks a great share to buy if you came across the article and if people dont dyor then its up to them... hopefully not and mode will buy the share...
An interesting article posted yesterday regarding how far Sareum could go..
https://www.fool.co.uk/investing/2021/04/07/can-the-sareum-share-price-keep-climbing/
Where was I when the sp was 37p or 170p haha
I wonder if the sp will rise again to where many feel it should be at.
Where... well... when it hit 3p then hovered around 2.4p there has been nothing negative to suggest a drop to 1.7p....
However...
The end of tax year there will be some looking to make a loss to offset against profits elsewhere.
There will be some who were looking to sell (at a loss) to buyback in the new tax year
Especially those with a SS ISA who will have the full 20k limit.
You always run the risk of SP movement when looking to do this and im sure the MM are aware therefore will increase the SP...
Ill be looking to do a sale & repurchase...
The SP doesnt matter as the spread is more important here. To make a 2% loss now or pay full tax on selling... + any losses on the sale part can be offset at the end of the new tax year....
The EU looking to ban export of the vaccine outaide of the EU and looking to control the factories/labs....
The fact that the UK still have to pay 10billion per year as part of the Brexit deal
Yet the EU want to play with our lives and bam export...
Its great news... even if Val dont contribute to covid treatments this does mean that the UK will look and be under pressure to develop our own vaccines for many things.
Not only that but be a world leader in that field... Val will benefit in the long run...
This will be interesting if AZ is banned from being imported..
In itself is spiteful the EU would do that especially conaidering we are paying 10billion per year as part of our Brexit deal...
Anyhow....
Whether we have the same opinion on Sar and covid treatments....
It does fill me with confidence that Britain will need to manufacture and supply ourselves on all fufure treatments as opposed to any imports.
This in itself will bring Sar into play in the years to come and hopefully the pressure to deliver will mean it is much sooner...
I say this on the back of the EU looking to take control of vaccine factory/labs....
So long term Sar will be needed much more...
End of year taxes...
These are my thoughts, nothing too serious but throwing them out there...
Councils make sure they spend x amount...using remaining budget at the end of year...
Companies spend extra to avoid tax...
I wonder.... if Sar are in profit would they spend extra to avoid taxes or are they exempt from taxes...
But then there is the end of our tax year....
I wonder if the MM need to raise a few shares to pay out more to avoid as much profit
Or perhaps playing on the end of tax year with sp...
If you made too much profit on some shares then likely to want to make a loss on some shares just to offset... the low sp is good here...
If i was a MM id be aware of this and keep the sp undervalued... imo sar is in that category especially with recent drop
1. You are likely to repurchase the shares soon after selling them and a higher price
2. You will wait till next tax year to purchase them in your ss ISA.... with this in mind the sp would do the opposite and go higher than its value
The position sar are in there isnt much negative that could be shared. I remember Val had its rise on the anticipation of an RNS which wasnt negative enough to warrant the drop buy also nothing to cause the SP to rise..
However, with the rns due im wondering why the sp hasnt moved in anticipation of this being good... surely the MMs could increase volume of trades by letting this sp go a little more... once it moves a little more buyers at a higher price etc..
If the shares arent available then perhaps we will have a small rise... not to its full potential bit just like bait enough to get a few to sell theirs... 3p perhaps or 5p....
Or, like SNG and a few others last year that 10x to 100x.... when i look they went up in straight lines (im not the best at reading graphs...) but they looked to go up instantly as opposed to a progressive incline over a few weeks...
Im hoping that will happen today ... has the rns been planned for weeks or have we only known about it at short notice...perhaps there is news confirming something that wasnt expected...
And in this case... no news is still good news as confirmation that still going where expected..
Hopefully today will be a good day for us all
After deleting cookies on my phone last week ive only been able to view messages.
Today ive been able to check on other shares but had to login for Sar.
Last time this happened there was a peice movement... ig may not have been sar share board....
Hopefully there will be price movement and in the way we hope....
The SP wouldnt be affected by the rumour of an email semt.
The mm are reputable enough to only trust certain sources.
The sp is recovering and moving at a nice pace which would be due to something happening.
With AZ having negativity over the vaccines they will surely be looking to boost them and partner to val (if not val then please choose another share ive invested in) for a produ t already under development.
They havent time to waste and are under pressure.
Something is better than nothing for them and also an opportunity to blame shift if it fails again.
The sp rose to 70p due to anticipating news... well...this is bigger news so hopefully will prompt a similar spike.
Ideally we wont know for a few days or weeks to allow the spike in sp again
Ive not heard any news relating to sar that should inpact the drop... from 2p let alone 1.5p
Perhaps thete is to be a sp rise which the mm are dropping it in order to manipulate the amount it rises.
1.4p to 2.4p is a bigger jump than a gradual rise from 2p to 2.4p
Im all for this as will bring momentum
