Just now pmo are producing 70k bopd and debt is around 2bn
After takeover newco will produce 250k bopd(3.6 X 70k) and debt of 3.2bn
Ignoring the fact that debt will go up33% the newco will only produce 3.6 x current production.
Current mc £132m x 3.6 gives mc of £475m.
5.45% of that divided by 926m shares not good!!!!!

Well no update today but the last was 5 weeks after previous so that would make it next Wednesday.

JD12 the way I see it you currently have around .027% of existing pmo shares in issue.
So if the newco starts off with X shares you woukd have. 027% of the 5.45% of X allocated to pmo.
If that makes sense.

Just under 5% dilution, not much really to be concerned about.
Maybe good news on the way and this was an "opportunity " for certain investors to get shares cheaper than on the open market.
At the same time company coffers boosted enough for new CEO and maybe the good news around the corner for new CEO.
Just speculation of course but.......!

Can anyone give a realistic figure for the market cap of the new combined company?

I know it a big asked as a lot to evaluate but think it is worth asking.

If you look up MANAGEMENT RESOURCE SOLUTIONS PLC on Companies House and check results in filings tab, it might give you some indication about what is happening.
Which don't think is much as they are basically a shell company looking for investment.
Did notice directors remuneration which didn't include P Brentons, was $468,000 of which Zorbass would have taken the lions share.

OK but the point Im making is that he hasn't really taken a risk with his own money in the placing.
He put in 18 grand and right away sold to get his money back but expects pi's to risk their money.
When directors take part in a placing you would expect them to leave them until the sp had improved which in this case looks like he doesn't think it will, and even though the company gets the money he wanted it back straight away he obviously wasn't going to take that chance.
Not good.
