MM will need to raise price to entice sellers as I don't think many will be willing to let go so soon.
Do expect TR1's shortly.
Could there be a takeover in the pipeline, I believe it's possible, after todays news expect price will increased quite quickly so it could be soon before it goes too high.

Jk the mail article was from 27th oct so it's old news, and any impact will have already have been factored in.
RBG have been very open about their plans to close loss making venues, which might have happened anyway.
They are really trying to come out of this as a more streamlined company that can operate profitably.
The CVA agreement will also benefit RBG.
The main thing here is that news of a vaccine is going to happen shortly and the shareprice has reactive positively to that,
Also new large investors can only be positive.

In a TR1 rns section 6 refers to " Date on which issuer notified ", who is the issuer?

Open to speculation what was going on and the reasons for not releasing price sensitive news that they were made aware of.
Let's at least give the directors the benefit of the doubt but can't do the same for the nomad.
The shareprice did go up to 12p on the 7th then declined to 9p right after, maybe by not releasing news they wanted price to go down to "load' up more.
As of now I see that the bid is creeping up slightly thru the day and can see that buys are outperforming sells quite well so they will need to up price to satisfy buyers shortly.
Upbeat interviews on skynews with regard to hospitality sector today so feeling confident here.

One other point I would like clarified why when PMO are producing about 25% of the newco's total production is it only getting 5% of newco !!

So pmo production has gone down to 62k bopd, and that includes solan p3!
Stopped producing from uneconomical fields.
After newco pmo share of production is 12k bopd.
Cant see how this is good, please explain.

Noticed production down to 62.5k bopd.
Does this include 10k bopd from Solan, brought on stream in September.

Looks like uru will need more cash as boothbay are not going to be conned into converting their debt into shares.
Expect a decline in shareprice as the usual suspects forward sell before discounted placing.
Then expect a manipulated rise, against" we are pleased to announce" news to offload once again and increase golden ticketholders.

One thing I did notice is that when Eldose Babu increased his holding from 3.9% to 4.79% and then from 4.79% to 5.27% he informed the issuer on the dates he crossed the %, which was exactly as he should have done.
This was 7 th Oct and 13th Oct, but aTr1 rns from the company relating to these these disclosures wasn't released until the 28th Oct.
Now make of that as you will, personally don't think they should have withheld this info but it does
mean that they might do the same again, so maybe or maybe not he or someone else has increased their holding and informed RBG but they or their nomad has not released a TR1.
Also as CB has mentioned they might not have finished buying and won't TR1 till, they do.
Increased my holding here as believe it has bottomed and with hope of a vaccine on the horizon can see a prolonged rise in shareprice.

Got a feeling that Oxford/Astrazeneca will also release news in the next few days.
Listening to our gov they keep mentioning it, maybe a few of our esteem officials have a vested interest, no that would be immoral and possibly illegal, so they would never do that!!!
But it woukd be another boost for RBG.

Think we need to take along term view here.
If looks like a vaccine for covid is very near, although it won't be an overnight cure, it does mean that life will get back to some normality.
Rbg hopefully will get back to operating as near to pre covid as possible and I think the bod are getting the business in order to do so as a more profitable streamlined company.
Whether they get a takeover approach is another thing but can't be ruled out if some other company wants to benefit from a depressed shareprice but also a well established business.

Yep nfx did get caught in the covid sell-off which was unfortunate.
I think that nfx is more a post covid play and noticed a buying opportunity was taken advantage of, when Initial drop happened.
Would be a good time for new CEO announcement but can see a steady rise in the following days.
Or maybe wait as I think the shareprice will recover easily on its own, so maybe news would be more beneficial when shareprice has settled back up to 4p.
