I have had a message today on my AJ Bell account under corporate actions saying the open offer from TERN was sent by mistake and was cancelled .

There were no other details.

Has any one else had this message .

I think it was the Daily Mirror that had a financial section where they gave share advice but the 2 geezers running it were buying up rubbish shares then pumping them up to be the next good thing then dumping them when the price went up.

They were found out and both did time.

I think this is why dailies dont give advice now.

I have just spoken to the Halifax and the open offer will be in your accounts on Monday. Probably the same with Lloyds.

Hi Cam, I have read the RNS again and is it saying there is definitely going to be a placing or is it that they want to have the option to be able to have a placing if they need to in the future.

I take it you emailed that to the company.

You've got the wrong end of the stick Camkite, IF you have got your hard earned in here why would you try your best to devalue that investment by going on a public forum and telling any potential investors not to buy . It doesn't make sense.
ITS YOUR MONEY. I might agree with your point but I would be emailing the company and discussing it with them direct or I would be ramping like hell and getting out. I am down and nobody wants to be down but your approach doesn't make sense.

Do you ever stop moaning, do you really expect us to believe you are invested here when the only comments you make are negative. You talk about supporting the company but I bet they would rather not have your support.

Hi Ace, I have just been informed by the Halifax that if you have these shares in an ISA they will be removed back to your share account as under AIM rules the shares have been cancelled so cannot be in an ISA.
They also say ABAL can reapply to go back on AIM but might not be accepted.
After reading the whole corporate action I am slightly more hopeful than I was before as they say ABAL have said they are hoping to resume trading soon.

As it says in the RNS shares in the company are cancelled. I hope I am wrong as I have 7K in this but I think the turnover has been delayed to make this happen .
Even if we do get any shares issued to us the last time this happened to me in SLME my 8K turned into £80.
Next time you buy shares ask me if im in them first and avoid.

I think waiting is a risk but i cant bring my self to sell just in case. I was told about this deal early November by someone who had been told in October and I think the BOD just want it gone and to cover there own backs.
If I was selling my house and a week before I signed someone came with an offer 5 grand higher I would not take it as I wouldn't want to mess about again for another 3 months and then them offer me less at the last minute.

Was I told on the 6th of November that the BOD would do any deal necessary to keep their jobs and the mine open at the start of January if no finance was in place by then? Perhaps I dreamt it.
If that was the case then the BOD had time to ask shareholders if they wanted to back it further as they had no problem raising 500 million from us before. I know I would do it rather than lose 25k.

Duxy If you think this share is so bad why are you on this forum, is it that you are so clever and that you think we are so stupid that you are saving us from ourselves. Also why have you changed your name again.

£4M buys and £3M sells yet it goes down. Why. Fun and games being played.

I asked ABAL to confirm the date and they would not .instead they repeated the RNS dated the 5th of FEb.
I also asked about the website homepage saying no investment opportunities were being pursued and they said they would change the home page to not say that, hopefully that is a good sign.
