Chairman put £450k in at 32.25p equivalent last month. He has 8.3M warrants (in new money) at 15p, but they are not exercisable unless the SP is at 60p or higher for 5 consecutive days. He will defo want to exercise those warrants that's for sure.

Obviously none of these large trades are from today, they are delayed from the past couple of days. More forward sold shares to buy back if the placing doesn't go through or less churn for when it does, so WIN WIN.

Its not just LSE, its all reporting platforms. Its just the basic formula that if the buy goes in below the mid price it will always show as a sell and vice versa. I agree that in 2020 you would expect there to be more sophisticated ways of reporting trades. But then that takes out one of the tools in the MMs arsenal. You only have to look at some of the posts here to work out that some investors haven't even worked these simple basics out so are fair game to be manipulated by the MMS in this way. Rather worrying that people stake their cash without having a clue!
