How fortunate was Paul to get his near two million out a few weeks back at 9p.
A 5.5p placing after a couple of parties had done due diligence isn’t great. At least this part is now financed.

My point is I wasn’t a fan of the tweeting and prefer an RNS if there is news and PG selling nearly two million two weeks after the tweeting when we are hopefully in the 60 days of DD for a JV is poor.
Companies can have good prospects and you can still not be happy with every aspect of governance. Doesn’t mean you need to sell. This is a BB for opinions, not just one directional board can do no wrong opinions?

Just an observation, PG did well to get 9p for the near two million. Timed it well with Lonny going tweet tastic two weeks ago while we are waiting for the JV/financing news.

If there was some imminent financing deal whereby the brakes came off the share price would Paul have taken 9p for those shares, doubtful. Let’s hope they’ve gone for something more creative than a placement.

Yes, when the finance, JV or current plan is signed and binding I’ll stop whinging and questioning anything the board do.

I have never advocated selling for anyone and unless someone really needed the money I wouldn’t be selling at this price.

I am surprised at the name calling. I am invested and do not trade this. My opinion is that PG kicks the can down the road a bit. I remain of the opinion and hope that this will eventually come good. I just don’t see everything as a positive.
For all the personal attacks on you on here I’ve never joined in or agreed with any of it.
I’ve seen you reply to those attacks but not seen you start one.

To the “if you don’t like it sell up” merchants, you do realise you can question an investment and not be a 100% convinced. If it was a 100% there would be no risk. No risk equals no upside.
I mentioned in May I wouldn’t hold my breath regarding T and T and the near term play was Morocco, and was met with the same rubbish, telling me to read the RNS. Well I’m reading todays and that’s what it says to me.
I will hold as the upside could be huge.
I am hoping todays RNS is a strategy to get the most out of a JV.
I get the numbers posted earlier by HighlandMatt but would a JV get the area appraised much faster?
Who knows what deals will be struck with Russia by winter by the EU when they are desperate.

This board is starting to turn into the one sided ramping that plagues many others. I’ve been here two years and you’ve always been able to debate with some balance.
Two companies have done DD and the JV is not being mentioned, in the current environment I would think that’s a valid question as to why.

A Clear plan is still aspirational until it’s a signed, binding deal.
We could look back and say how well he did to squeeze every penny out of the potential. We could also look back and the opportunity passed PRD by as he gripped so tight and wouldn’t let enough go to get it moving.
Until it’s signed that is the risk and that is why it’s under 10p with what looked like a very good update.

He made a lot of those comments during the pandemic that crippled countries beyond imagination. Perhaps he shouldn’t of if it was never achievable.
Today looked good around the technical stuff and this is always a long term hold. The key is, and always has been the finance to unlock it. No mention of the JV today.

May have done but we won’t know. PG has a habit of jam tomorrow RNS.
The hope is it will all come together at some point. RNS are always aspirational with nothing concrete. I will be happier when the finance is sorted, pandemic or not.

Or after the DD they wasn’t interested. I’ll wait until a finance deal is signed and real rather than aspirational before getting overly excited.
PG was saying first gas to local market nearly two years ago.
If the JV is no longer would it require an RNS given they RNS it in the first place? If so can the inference be that’s it still in negotiation as not even referenced today?

I would have thought in the current climate and after DD, the companies would be falling over to get in on it, especially as there were two competing.
It would be a lot quicker with someone with deep pockets paying most of the costs.
The energy situation doesn’t look like it’s resolving any time soon but things can change quickly.
Either way, the finance needs confirming. Until then it will weigh on the share price.

So are we thinking we are in a process of securing a better finance deal than the JV could offer? No mention of the JV. If they or we walked away I would have expected some clarity.

I’m not sure Ireland wouldn’t be quick enough to be in place to secure something for Morocco, not with how short term Morocco plans are.
Either PRD have got the JV, we’ve walked away as they’ve structured something better or Lonny is pumping for a placing. For future credibility I hope it’s not the latter.
Whatever it is, it isn’t being shown in the share price, so no one knows other than PRD and whoever they are in talks with.

If Morocco financing relied on Ireland being progressed i’m not sure Lonny would have been so bullish on Morocco the other day. I’d like to think it’s all but sorted.

It can be life enhancing but they need to be able to afford to find it. I do hope you’re right about the finance, I don’t really care if it’s a JV or not as long as they have the means to progress what they think is there. Get the finance sorted and the lid should blow.
