I agree the debt is of concern but they are on target to deliver 10m of savings withe the CEO stating that they are on target to reduce debt. Turnover is up 60 plus % and underlying profit by 50% plus. The key with this company is that it geared up for a dramatic increase last year in insolvency work which did not happen. The pent up demand is still there and with the UK revenue now getting tougher this will translate to increased workload and income. This is well oversold and with.a recent broker target of 70p this is a great price to top up T

Are you sure your not posting on the wrong board? Tenon is probably in one of the biggest growth markets - insolvency - which I think most would agree in the middle of tough times is a great market. It is profitable, it's balance sheet is strong and it has only one other major listed competitor - Begbies. Cannot see the logic for your comments but would be happy to listen!

Hi Guys - given the carnage out there at the moment - this share is really holding up - imagin what it would do even without the buy out in a rising market!

Hi guys - I feel really comfortable in this share - its holding up well and if the propsed deal does go through we will see - imo - 90p if not i truly believe this will gradually rise back up to previous levels of around 80p. If you consider what has happened to other shares it really is a solid little bet this!

This is only going in one direction and thats up - people are catching on that this is Soooooooooooooooo undervalued and should and will go back to trade around 80p

Any punt is a good punt today but suspect 65p will be the next barrier. Not going to be to greedy on this, some really decent amounts going through as people wake up to how undervalued this share is. 80p I believe is the ceiling on this even with a 90p bid on the table.
