what office of tenon do you work out of?

Bently Jennerson are the company they bought and lost **** loads of money on. They still owe a packet on them and I would think that they will end up giving it back to the partners they bought it off - if they want it back that is!! Powwow Good comments - reccomended - however £20m of cuts will have costs attached to those cuts which I am not aware of at present - cutting back on the opperation whilst helpful does not address the high gearing and I also agree with the company having some good business with recurring business however a very radical approach is going to need to be taken to get this turned around and I just cant see how that will be achieved with the level of debt that it is carrying. It may be a trading opportunity especially if it can claw its way upwards to around 10p which is not out of the question but it is one for the brave and for me there are other better safer targets out there. No relation to Bently Jennerson are you?? I would love this company to succeed if for no other reason that I know quite a number of the guys that work both with and in Tenon however my main reason of complaint is the way the company has frittered away vast sums of money on failed initiatives and cant even get its own accounts right. the arrogance of the previous CEO was breathtaking and the current strategy seems to be to sell off anything of value and leave the company and its shareholders with what? I see idiots on this BB saying have a punt or this will recover and take it from me if i could see a real strategy for this business that included debt for equity swap's and disposals that lead to real chances of eventual upside for the shareholders I would be the very first to shout support however I dont see it other that cosmetic moves and new directors granting themselves share options based on little action or results!!

Trouble is the intellegent ducks have left this particular pond and are going south for the winter. Whats left is polluted and unwanted with little value - see this de listing or having the plug pulled by the banks and a fire sale. - Only a matter of time IMO

i don't think anyone is de ramping - simply telling it how it is! with £80m debt and revenues dropping this company will have to do something radical and IMO that will be to de list and sell off its insolvency arm and do a deal with the banks Get back to its core basics which is Accountancy

What Future - This will de list in time!!

that the CEO will realise that this company has no future other than as a private de listed company. This is another Vantis or Numerica - the overheads and fixed costs are too high by far, it is over borrowed and under invested and worth in SP terms not a lot bearing in mind it has lost over 90% in SP value. The other listed rival - Begbies - is in similar **** and it would indicate to most people that this model in this market does not work. Parts of the business will be sold off and the company will eventually de list - the banks want there money back and at £80m plus that is a big ask.

In a pretty messy fashion if the rumours are to be believed - bank appointed (suggested FD) and the banks running out of patience - can see this falling through the floor soon!!

if you are in this share why are you so negative - if any company has a pssibility of upside on its SP an insolvency company in the current climate must!! This was being punted as an heavily undervalued share and tipped to be 70p The have reduced debt and continue to do so so IMO this has plently of upside potentual
