HI BJ - you mean for the deal that would never get past the regulators? - do you also mean the same deal that would require the sell off of most of the stores to achieve any merger ? Perhaps you mean the deal that had problems with pension and debt but had such great results that it paid off massive chunks of both and will still pay a DIVI???? I think you will find that any EU regulation would have already been taken into account by our World Beating Team that have pulled off this fantastic deal together !!!
