Dear IS - in a moment of extreme boredom I spent 7 mins of my life looking at your posting history and in between short naps I would conclude that you have never said that you loath the management - for that I truly apologise. What does come out clearly is that you are not the rampant, dribbling, militant that your colleague Mad as a Balloon is and if I piece it together you have had a pretty crappy deal for your 30 plus years of service. I cannot change that but I truly hope that the RMG can modernise and can reach a deal with the unions. I do not agree with there stance or indeed the way they align themselves with the Labour election fixers Momentum, but if there is a win win road that can be agreed then I hope they sit up and agree and for god sake take the politics out of the equation. Hi Arsenal - very happy the way the SP is shaping up hopefully the more moderate and sensible wing of the union will win out as most of the posties I have spoken too (6) all seem to want this over and done with and to get on with working. Just shows that the company has a real future. What the uninformed don’t seem to realise is that with technology improvements there does not need to be redundancy (other than certain numpties) as an increased market share will actually mean increased feet on the ground. The days of the militants are coming to an end, people value there job and want to work not strike, the more successful the company the better the results are for all and that is one area the management do need to address, improve results and feed it down the line in bonuses or shares !!

Hi Arsenal will be putting a few more quid in here look fore around 230 and top slice for a free ride. Still think we will get a good divi going forward especially after the strike if it comes is over and let the management modernise in the future and sweep out the fossils LOL
