Alan, as I'm sure many on here will be aware that I in the past haven't been shy when it comes to dogmatic statements but I'm not sure where it is on record that CF stated that categorically? my understanding was that his latest statement was along the lines of " thats our plan A but if not possible then we have plan B, C in place just in case "

If it is the case that it is definite that the finance will be 100% debt then thats great, thats what I want, my future literally depends on this investment working out, I just wasn't aware that CF had stated recently that there will defiantly be no dilution?

I know what you mean, sometimes there just isn't any logic to how the sp behaves, could really do with a toprp to give the sp a nice bump, have seen it many times here where the volume drops and the sp seems to be going nowhere fast then a nice RNS appears to get the sp moving again.

Today the sp seemed strangely subdued with a much lower volume than recent weeks, you would think if an torp announcement was coming this week then the volume would have been much higher today but what Iv'e learnt here is that a flat day doesn't mean that an announcement won't appear the following day so wouldn't rule anything out.

It crossed my mind that litigation should ensue but then thought maybe an overreaction but on reflection I think there should be some sort of price to pay as it was without doubt the cause of yesterdays drop in sp. If it had been written by the fool or suchlike then it wouldn't have impacted the sp but because of the publication behind the article does carry alot of weight thats why it had such a direct impact on the sp.

Will be interesting to see what action the company takes.

One thing he clearly isn't knowledgeable about is this company which is very disappointing bearing in mind that was the subject matter of the article (hit piece) that he was commissioned (paid by our competitors) to write.

Hopefully he will learn his lesson from this as he has been been shown up basically, not holding my breath though.

I agree 15, in a way its a positive sign this type of article which being such a one sided hit job it would seem that someone, somewhere feels they need to try and discredit the company just when as the company is starting to become more prominent nationwide. Its not a coincidence that this article just happens to hit now just as we are so close to confirming required torps and stage 2 finance with 100 % debt, Obviously the competition is trying once last throw of the dice to attempt to put doubt out there with regards to the project.

Its disappointing that such a well respected publication would allow such a hacky hachet job to be published but once you understand why he has done it then you realise that is in fact a positive thing.

So there we go we have learnt that today, along with the fact that some journalists, even ones who work for respected publications may carry out hatchet jobs if required. Sad

Derampers appearing is usaully a good sign for the sp, their posts can be entertaining if nothing else I suppose.
