They are large prices but nt when you look at the potential this company has, its not like I meant we would see those sort of prices next year, obviously it will take years but I was just making the point that it would take a huge rise until I consider selling any shares.

I would trade at 230p +, possibly would at £5 but then when we hit that price I would think that it could be £10 in the future so wouldn't want to sell too many at £5 anyway.

when this site will be back to normal like for example whenever there were new posts the red words would pop up informing you that there were new posts? but for a few weeks this discussion board hasn't had that function working, does anyone know if they will be reinstating that feature or have they in their wisdom decided to scrap it? Thanks

Just recommended your post avocet, you hit the nail on the head, guessing you are a LTH here, any holder who doesn't concur with your post possibly wasn't invested here when the company last diluted the share in 2016, some may argue that it was a necessary evil but the effect on the sp was brutal, 51p down to 17p! really don't want to have to watch that type of drop again, thats why I'm so opposed to anymore dilution.

I don't agree that it is acceptable as shareholders that our holdings are diluted anymore than they already have been.

I agree that CF has done a good job to date but that doesn't mean that we should accept anymore dilution, if it has always been a distinct possibility then the co should have stated that it is quite possibly likely but they have given the impression that the next stage of finance will be raised 100 % debt which is what some shareholders could have partly based their decision to buy shares or buy more to add to their current holding on the premise that stage 2 will be made up of 100 % debt as this is what the BOD have intimated.

I don't completely agree with the 'even if there has to be more dilution, at least the mine will get built and in 10 years time the dilution won't matter' stance as as a LTH I think we should be well rewarded between now and 2021 to the maximum due to effectively financing the company to keep it going up to this point, besides some investors may not be looking to hold for the next 5-10 years, for example I would consider selling a % of my holding when the sp hits £5 which will happen much sooner as long as we are not diluted any further.

At least we will know one way or another over the next few months, if they did issue more shares at say 27p then the sp would more than likely drop to that level or more likely even lower to the 23/24p range which could then well open us up to a hostile takeover IMO so all in all any dilution at all wouldn't be good for current shareholders.

Anyway they are just my current feelings, I understand other holders here will see things differently, everyone has different expectations and things they will and will not accept from a company as a shareholder.

They can state news in the update that can effect the sp though, I remember in one of the recent ones where they stated that they had effectively knocked off 6 months of construction time, ok fair enough the sp did most probably dip around 5 % as it seemed to keep doing on each quarterly update up until the last one we just had where the sp did move up slightly.

Not exactly sure why the sp kept reacting so badly to the quarterly updates, guess maybe people always expect more, always are looking for 'ahead of time, ahead of budget' as opposed to 'on time, on budget' really not sure but there is no reason why the update won't contain something that will give the sp a nice push up.
