what is AL's effective ownership % of DA?

I have looked at DA ltd balance sheet, but you cannot determine anything significant from the intermediate holding vehicle of a VC play:- additional funding structured largely as debt, & the holding investment is carried at original cost...what does it signify?

do you have a clue how VC or PE investments are structured?
why would a proper grown up VC house like Alsop Louie allow one of their investee companies to be insolvent?

how do you know how many Keyscaler customers there are?
