the dhaka sp seems pretty cheap given prospects....

adding here looks v attractive

the *only* justification Jolly (as a seasoned flipper) can see for banking some ill earned profits here is prospect of placement

but though that is a risk the upside potential from (i) bid as dibs posts and (ii) absurd undervaluation relative to breakthru biotech plays on nasdaq compels me to add on weakness
