Great/good exits are literally the main point/thing/objective of running VC funds lol...investing money is literally incredibly easy

TERN shareholders are being pretty optimistic imv keeping TERN sp at such a premium to the sp implied by PIRI

cos they'd be hawking DA around...either pre-IPO discussions with potential investors (or jumping to the real thing with NASDAQ/Wall Street)...or at trade fairs (or at least the bars around trade fairs)

if either companies' BoD knows of any value enhancing corporate event for any of their pf is in the offing, why would either strike this deal?

with liquidity from professionals, the difference/gap between implied and actual piri sp might suggest deep scepticism about merger actually being successful...

as it is us lot doing the buying and selling, I'm not so sure it means anything...
