how many AIM companies are taken over (relative to how many poorly run AIM companies there are...measured by sp decline of more than 75%)?? ....answer: v v v few I guess (Jolly interested in credible research) ...so management is huge problem (since rarely ousted by PIs and rarely chucked out by t/o...it just carries on..and on ...and on) ...The Witch was completely wrong...the problem ain't the workers...it's the largely unaccountable bosses under the current system ...I propose that AIM companies are required to be put up for sale if the sp declines by more than 90%; that should encourage the bosses lol

with potential for (much) lower in drift and/or further profits warning, but also handy upside if the UK market challenges are only a blip ...so happy with 30-40% of "full" stake (holding 5500 shares @ roughly £1 averaged cost)

Further to the Company's announcements of 8 July, 14 July, 11 August, 12 August and 20 October, 2014, the Company announces that it has been informed that on 29 January, 2015, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division, issued an order denying the Company's motion for a judgment as a matter of law, or, alternatively, for a new trial. Apple's motion for judgment as a matter of law, which was submitted conditionally upon the success of the Company's motions, was denied as well by the court as moot. The Company is considering the order and will update the market in respect of further developments, as appropriate.
