quietening down...which makes for a better BB ...GBO's sp is in a critical state (perhaps even the business is)...much hinges on their prospective acquisition(s)... ...sure, some of their bolts-ons don't look too bad, but what experience / track record do they have for transformational acquisitions (in genral a minefield)??... ...in particular, this use of expensive junk debt is v v risky ...and that rns that tried to reassure by saying the acquisitions were "EBITDA accretive" was a shocker..it is all about FCF...get it?????
