i am not hung on the language...if an rns put it as you have: it will generate the necessary cashflow, that works for me...ebitda accretive doesn't ... No reason to believe kostis is an idiot...but perhaps he is a natural entrepreneur / high risk taker, not that focused on the downside (cos he is in control and reckons it will all work out..and hey life is for living)

in 50/100k chunks @18p...would be nice to see that price go up ...at least the effective sell price has crept up

is gambling not investment... ...perhaps limit buying to times when there is significant margin of safety (which req plenty of patience & a good deal of frustration if the sp doesn't reach yr buying zone)?

A large junk bond financed acquisition that failed to boost EBITDA would be extraordinarily worrying ...what would reassure me would be a clarifying rns that said that the acquisitions would be fcf accretive

read the rns of 28th July....I hated the "EBITDA accretive" reassurance in 4th para..for a company struggling to reassure on fcf to (seem to/implicitly) claim that ebitda is what will service high cost debt begs way too much...all imv etc of course ...there may be a culture or language issue, but in my previous life if some junior wrote that in an investment paper their career would be not be helped lol

junking the junk would be immense relief...fingers crossed

welcome...i have been (and remain) a gbo holder/fan for years (from 17p)...on modest free carry (20k+), looking to max out..sometime

all that matters is the sp / valuation rel to our individual perception of the business and its risks/rewards ..gbo looks cheap, but not weirdly/out of this world cheap...so why rush to load up here?? ..that's my PoV..and so far my caution has saved me plenty

those unwise enough to have followed yr PoV here have lost plenty, no??...so why do you reckon you are any good at this lark? ...confidence shd come from track record and solid analysis, and I just don't see yours as persuasive ..gbo has challenges that you still fail to acknowledge... the sp decline is not all about the shorters...it probably centers on continuing concerns around fcf, the significant management risks caused by the much flagged major acquisition/execution and integration/financing by expensive junk bond and the risks of competing effectively in the hyper competitive us market ...get real...pls

i have been rebuying...but only hold third of position i used to have at 3-4p before ...looking to buy more on any dips ...trend seems to have reversed

34p being tested...but no great vol/conviction yet ...fat tail chance of significant fall sub 30p imv...and then buying bargain imv

@23.9x...sub 20p would be sweet and understandable (run rate ev/ebit of 6-7 imv) ...Jolly chuffed
