yes...my read is the beginning of sensible buyers' strike...only prudent approach to foreign aim listed tiddlers in the absence of reform imv: much tighter/better audit standards and escrowing directors shares and sales proceeds available for liquidated damages

other major risks incl receivables (are they going to be paid??...at least much of them in decent time) and governance (who has done any serious dd on a company engaged with a novel/?unusual business model thousands of miles away??) and ownership/management (what skin have non execs in this? who are they? who is the ceo? what is his background?) ...with the gbo experience searing investors (where the ceo sold plenty and left the stage just in time to escape...to where? life of luxury?), the discount to make the risk for outsiders bearable is huge imv... ... I suggest a buyers' strike of non uk business listed on aim until audit standards are hugely improved and directors' shares and sales proceeds are escrowed and available for liquidated damages
