iis make mistakes...look at gbo..the level of dd is not that highin general across the markets imv...even for private equity nowadays ....dd is dull and analytical, and youngsters don't have the patience for it in this age of instant gratification ...the less dd is done, the fewer awkward questions asked, the more disasters beckon

yep..ev/ebit a little misleading here cos of minority interests...so i look at cash adj pe... ...clearly cheap as chips with adj p/e of 6-7, but a tiddler (so governance/management risks high), significant market risks here in eu and how to get to grips with golden egg of sk?? ...looking to derisk £1.20-1.50...tho still still cheap there lol
