In my opinion only bad news will press the II's to sell their placing shares at a loss. That's not how they make money. Presumably they were reassured before the placing that good news was close. No reason to doubt that yet.

My concern is the selling if/when the sp rises on the good news.

Although i predicted this the truth is the sp has fallen today on small volumes. Only one large trade as someone dumped 800000 at 1.27p. Also the sell price is currently 1.25 and seems you can offload plenty should you desire at this price.

So not much dumping at all today in reality, just the MM's dicking about probably, and i will be surprised if at this time anyone sells below the placing price.

Big 1m sell at the end of the day. Profit of £1750 for someone gifted the shares at 1.20. As i expected though and difficult to see how the sp can make any reasonable gains for now regardless of the news.

I understand your point but in the interview TO never said those words. It's a misleading summary by the interviewer imho.

He made it up. It's a poor and misleading 3 word summary of what TO said about the fund raise. Anyway in the 26 July RNS it states that Bleepa is currently in beta development so it's no surprise if it still needs tweaking a little.

Replay the interview. At different stages he says the fund raise was to 'drive this forward and take us to where we need to go', 'to drive bleepa and give us some working capital to prove some traction with the product, to help us grow the product into the NHS and other markets', 'we have the capital to take the product forwards.'

Never any mention of 'completing it's development'. Total BS from you and also Chaz. What else could he have said about the leak?

Except the sp dropped immediately back to 1.2p on the so called rumour. Tremendous coincidence what? Anyway as you say all water under the bridge and onwards and upwards.

Hope they deliver and Bleepa is not just this years Texrad. This time last year the talk was all about Texrad and then there was a placing at 1.5p.

So a placing at a lower sp than the previous placing, far more shares in issue and a change of strategy is progress? Only on AIM, only on AIM.

Last weeks twitter rumours of a placing at 1.2p a share all came true then. Not a great look is it when you can trust twitter more than you can trust the BoD or/and the broker.

Yeah i'm surprised people are buying above 1.20 as that was the placing price rumour. However the RNS only confirmed possible placing and not the price so who knows?

Rumour or not, it's certainly dumped the sp. Now 1.23 to sell and 1.33 to buy. Typical AIM, all that promise and positivity but just another pump and dump?

I noticed that as well but sometimes they mirror image each other so could simply be BB Isa trades. In fact with all the delayed trades reporting i can't make much sense of the trades regarding the sp. They dropped the bid to 13 but i can sell a large amount for 13.7 so who knows what is going on.

More dilution, over 3 billion, yes i said billion, shares in issue now. It's a keep the lights on placing which is why they didn't raise more. Will almost certainly open tomorrow at 0.4p and be interesting to see if there are any buyers at this low level. Personally i would sell while you can. HondaDave vindicated .

Thanks Suffolk for your reply. I had read that also in todays RNS. I was querying your term of 'wrestle control' which implies a hostile takeover. Getting the shares back at a discount is more controlled.

Anyway all semantics and splitting hairs. What worried me more in the RNS was 'The Company requires additional capital in order to fund its liabilities (such liabilities include, among others, liability to non-controlling interest, bank loans and convertible bond liability). There is no assurance that the Company will be able to obtain such required additional capital. The Company believes that these conditions raise substantial doubt regarding the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.'

Not sounding too optimistic. Down 15% today now on TASE. Precarious times.

Suffolk can you explain how a 10% minority shareholder like Rainmaker can wrestle control from the 90% majority (MTMY) shareholder? Or just pure speculation on your part?
